1. The base of the lifting platform
Each lift platform will have a chassis made of a welded frame, with five outriggers on the chassis used to spread the load from the column. Four of the five outriggers are prevented around the platform base, and one is placed in the center of the platform base, so that the platform will be more stable, and the four extendable outriggers on the outside should be as far as possible in the case of single-column use. Open, so that the stability of the single-column lifting platform will be better.
2. Column
The column is a triangular structure welded by square steel pipes, racks, steel bars, etc. The height of the standard section is 1.5m, and the vertical direction is connected by M20×80 high-strength bolts to reach the specified height. The column is divided into standard column and limit column, and the limit column is mainly used for the bottom and top. When the micro switch on the driver touches the limit block on the limit column, it will automatically stop to prevent the driver from hitting the base or overrunning the column.
3. The beam of the lifting platform
The beam of the lifting platform is the foundation of the working face of the construction elevator. It is a triangular structure frame welded by three square steel pipes.
4. Drive
The driver is the power device of the lifting platform, which can move vertically along the column through the rotation of the two motors. The electric motor has a self-braking device, which can lock the driver to the column when the power is cut off. The motor is moved on the rack of the column by means of a gear arrangement.
5. Safety protection components
Safety protection structural parts mainly include safety doors, guardrails, safety shields, scaffolding boards, platform stairs, etc. The safety door is the channel for the upper and lower platforms and is installed on the drive. Through sensor sensing, the drive cannot be started. Only when the safety door is closed can the drive be started to operate the lifting platform. The guardrail is a welded shaped frame, which is inserted and sleeved on the platform beam.
