1. Professional drivers and operators should be equipped with four-column vehicle lifting platforms when working. The staff should undergo special training, pass the examination, and hold certificates for work;
2. When the platform is working, the lower arm should be raised first, then the middle arm, and finally the upper arm;
3. The lifting platform should check its working range carefully before working, and remove obstacles that hinder its rotation and walking;
4. The staff on the platform should wear seat belts, and the vehicle body should be grounded according to regulations when working in live areas;
5. When the lifting platform is on the outrigger, a flat ground should be selected. If the foundation is soft or undulating, a wooden pad should be added, and the work can only be carried out after confirmation;
6. When the lifting platform is rotating, it should be rotated after the lower arm is lifted to a certain height. The rotating process should be slow, and pay attention to whether the distance between each arm and the platform to each equipment meets the safety requirements;
In addition, before the official operation of the four-post car lifting platform, the person in charge should check the vehicle condition and the work of the staff, and check whether the terrain environment, take-off and landing meet the requirements of safety technical measures or the work plan formulated in advance.
